These are the exact same targets that Grandpa used 45 years ago to teach me to shoot his 22lr Remington model 33. I still have that rifle; it hangs above the back door. I cant wait to punch some holes in paper.
So much Nostalgia! I think Grandpa would approve.
I dont know how old these actually are, but they are in “as new” condition. No folds, no creases, no bends. The edges are all clean and without dings. I’m guessing they are not 45 years old 😉

i’m glad it brings back a bit of your childhood. When someone in your life becomes a memory that memory becomes a treasure.I remember when I was younger I would shoot anshutz and winchester 52b with my popop. They were my mom’s target rifles. My mother was the state champion on the high school rifle team for four years in a row. she also went to nationals and all sorts of smallbore competitions. I learned a lot from my mom and her dad “my popop”. My other grandfather when I was younger all of my grandparents served in World War II. I remember my grandfather selling M1 grand at the yard sale for $75 each out the wooden crate fully arsenal refurbished. Also had M1 carbines for $55. My mother’s father was in the South Pacific in the Navy in Okinawa, laytee gulf on USS ROCKINGHAM . My father’s father was in the South Pacific in the army, and my father’s mother was in Europe as RN 191st gen hospital. My pepa my father’s dad would never talk about the war, but that’s where I learned everything he was the best.
